"Drum Circle" A gathering of people to learn and experience the energy of a Drum Circle and to foster the growth of our spiritual "voice". No experience needed

"Meditation Group" A gathering of people for meditation purposes.

We encourage people with various backgrounds in meditation to come and offer to lead the group in different forms of meditation ~ Please inquire as to days, and times - A light screening is needed to make sure these groups are a proper fit for people.
Currently EACH SUNDAY NIGHT ~ between 7- 8pm - Offerings welcome.

GUIDED MEDITATION

"The Tuesday Morning Tea Gathering" A gathering most Tuesday mornings to share a cup of tea and discuss the days issues, certain mornings can involve meditation, prayer. The flow of the gathering is up to those that participate though it is not a "gossip hour". 10 am - Offerings welcome

"Reiki Support/Share Group" A gathering to come together to share in REIKI and other energy work modalities - It is required that each person has at least LEVEL 1 REIKI to be able to share  - Offerings welcome to maintain and honor the space. Currently Sunday Nights at 6pm - PLEASE Pre-Register

This group is hosted by The Holistic Centers Director - Keith Chouinard, he is an Usui / Tibetan Advanced Reiki Master Teacher working towards licensing with The ICRT (International Center for Reiki Training) Among his many teachers he works with personally are William Rand, Laurelle Shanti Gaia, Michael Arthur Bard. Keith will be traveling to Sedona AZ this winter for more training and then to Stonehedge, England in the spring with William Rand to learn Karuna Reiki.
FEES: Offerings are welcome to help maintain, honor and grow the space and what we can offer. FEES for workshops or other events will be noted when posted or mentioned when inquired upon.

February 1st:  Energetic Beading
Sunday, February 1st, 2:00pm-4:00pm, Cost: $40 pp  (Limited to 5 people per class)

A healing slant on the popular beading classes so many people are now taking ~ Learn about the properties of stones and crystals and how they can be used in beneficial ways for healing, grounding, and even protection. Choose to make a special necklace, choker, bracelet or anklet  that has set intentions, healing or protection properties designed specially for you or a loved one - This workshop is a beginners class with no prior experience or training needed. Those with more experience in beading and crystals are welcome to offer their knowledge and take part in the sharing of community.
If you would like to set up a 1 hour session prior to the class to discover your own personal energetic needs, to select the proper crystals for you ahead of time and to see your energy system in motion with our "Aura Bio System" , Please call to do so - If you are taking the "Energetic Beading" class, we are offering a SPECIAL for the 1 hour session for only $20.00

February 5th: Flower Essence Workshop
Thursday, February 5th,  6:00pm-7:30pm. Free Workshop - You need to sign up early to guarantee space.

Join Connecticut Herbalist and Flower Essence Practitioner, Lupo Connell for an
introductory workshop on the splendid world of Flower Essences. Flower essences
are dilute extracts of various types of flowers that are used to help alleviate negative
emotional states that may contribute to illness or hinder personal growth. Lupo will
discuss the history of flower essences, how flower essences work in the body and
the use of flower essence therapy for people, pets and plants. Participants will
receive free literature and samples.























February 22nd:The Inner Child Workshop Series: Reconnecting to your Inner Child "The Colors of Childhood" Part 2

(Limited to 9 ADULTS) You can take 1 or all the classes

The 2nd of a multi -part course series which will evolve as each participant reconnects to their inner child and learn the ways that are best for them for this process - "The Colors of Childhood" part 2 will discuss Colors and how they effect us thru our lives, IN THIS Part 2 Session we will take up where the "Coloring Book Workshop" left off and work with WATER COLOR Painting!


March 1st :  AURA 101
Sunday March 1st, 2:00 pm to 4pm $15.00

A New INTRO to our Course in Auras - The workshop will discuss the many things we will be doing in the "Official Course" We will have many "Hands On" experiences with tools and techniques to better understand what our Auras actually are and how to develop and maintain them. From Color Therapy to Sound & Vibrational Therapy. We will discuss in this class the possibility of a upcoming weekly or bi weekly Aura Awareness Group.

The first of a multi -part course series which will evolve as each participant reconnects to their inner child and learn the ways that are best for them for this process - "The Colors of Childhood" will discuss Colors and how they effect us thru our lives, We will go into an intro of what colors of the aura are and mean as well as a view into our Auras with our AURA IMAGING SYSTEM - We also will discuss "Childhood Coloring Books" and will even COLOR! 
THE GARDEN WORK PROGRAM SERIES:

SPRING, SUMMER, & FALL:

Would you like to learn more about gardening? Would you like to be able to spend time in a good size garden and work with mother earth, commune with the birds and bees?

Come take part in our seasonal garden planning and dividing, learn, laugh, meditate, BE with us in our gardens.

All Participants will be interviewed ahead to work out the best program for them and their time and abilities.

Perennial trading and giving will be part of this offering.

Would you like to learn an ancient technique that can reduce stress, depression and headaches?  Would you like to enhance your spiritual awareness and stimulate your intuition? Guided meditation is a tool that can aid you in all of the above.  This meditation technique is especially helpful for those who have trouble quieting their minds. You will be lead through many styles of meditations with various unique "tools" that the center has for such learning experiences.

At each session we will explore a different theme with time to share our experiences afterwards.  Wear loose, comfortable clothing.   If you use a special sitting pillow or back-jack, please feel free to bring it along; otherwise, chairs and pillows are available for use in class.  Class sizes are small, so be sure to call ahead to reserve your spot! Cost $15.
"Needlework Circle" A gathering most Tuesday afternoons to share in community while working on your favorite "Needlework" project - Often there is someone here to help with tips on many styles of needlework. We might even be able to teach you! 1:00 pm - Offerings welcome
